Our scientists explore energy-efficient systems, concepts and technologies in order to provide user-oriented indoor climates in an environmentally friendly way. Creating an efficient and sustainable indoor climate solution requires a perfectly harmonized integrated system that encompasses both architecture and technical building systems.
Our experts develop solutions that optimally meet the requirements for various building uses – such as thermal comfort, energy efficiency, occupational or operational safety. Furthermore, they prepare holistic approaches to planning for both new buildings and for refurbishing existing buildings, which provide maximum indoor comfort with minimal use of energy - even for mobile spaces (in airplanes, cars or on trains).
